Job Description:
The primary responsibility of the Technical Account Manager (TAM) is to ensure that customers’ technical needs are met quickly and efficiently. The measurements of success for this role are customer satisfaction, retention, and utilization of Solo products and services. The TAM becomes a technical subject matter expert, and clearly communicates and educates customers on the Solo platform. Learns and understands the customer’s business needs and account preferences. Provides training and best practice recommendations to optimize the customer experience. Advocates for the customer’s needs and voices their challenges through internal channels. Updates and maintains accurate customer records using internal tools and programs.
